The roommate lease is from 1/4/2004 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
