We have one room available in a spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom corner apt just south of union square. The room itself is large and optionally furnished. Hardwood floors and windows overlooking the side street.
The room is about 12x12 and comes furnished with a bed and dresser.
Common area includes a full sized living room and a full kitchen with chefs center island
We do not have any pets, but they are welcome
The apt is 2 blocks from the union square subway station with the 4, 5, 6, n, q, r, and L trains.
The Apt also has a Small balcony with small grill and rooftop access
Occupants are 2 low-key mid twenties responsibles and a live-in girlfriend.
We are looking for a respectful roommate who can be social but not through all hours of the night. |
