| Im looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Northpointe hopefully from now until August, but we can negotiate that. Rent is $399 and that includes cable and internet. Utilities are about $40 a month, usually less. Im moving in with my fiance and am stuck with two leases at once. Please save me from paying rent at two places.
The apartment is great. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in a three bed three bath apartment. It is a gated community with a pool, gym, basketball court, computer room, plenty of parking, and even a game room. Washer and dryer are in unit.
