Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator. The roommate rental does not have Cable TV and the roommate rental does not have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 500 Net. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

The apartment is very nice and is located in a nice neighbourhood in Hong Kong close to all amenities. It is the type of location much favoured by artists, people in television, film and radio and has a "village feel" to it despite being in a vibrant city. I have spent time, money and effort in making the place nice. I am looking for a good and clean tenant to share the flat with me. You should be gainfully , corporate types preferred.
