The roommate lease is from 9/1/2005 to 3to6M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Hi, The room is available in a great apartment ten minutes walk from the Xizhimen subway station. The house is 100 m2 with two bed-rooms, one kitchen, one washroom. The sitting room is really big with a balcony. The apartment is very new, and well furnished with washing-machine, fridge, and microwave oven, DVD and a computer. In your room there is a nice bed, big wood chest, wood desk and bookshelves, 24-hour hot wate, an ,air-conditioner. The floor is wood and clean.
