The roommate lease is from 9/20/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1200. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

It is an extremely cozy, clean, beautiful apartment located near NanKai University (about 15 minutes by bus and walk or 10 minutes by bicycle). It is a two-bedroom apartment with a big living room and a big kitchen. There are all kinds of very good furniture and facilities in my apartment except high speed internet. but i do not think that is a big issue, you can apply youself(about RMB 80 per month or you can negociate with my parents who lives near my apartment) my apartment is available on September 20th the price is RMB 3500/month if you are interested in it, contact me by email.
