| The room is going for $570/month. The house is located on the border of Daly City and Colma. You will occupy your own room. First and last months rent and deposit of $250 are required on the day of move-in. The avg expenses are $10-20 a person for energy and $10-20 a person for water. How we split utilities: Total is divided by half (half we pay, half the Owners children below us in the in-law pay). With that half, we divide among the number of roommates. This is less expensive than dividing the entire bill by five or six. Our free amenities are cable and internet, washer/dryer, and garbage. Other features of the house: double oven, stove, fridge, living room TV, fireplace. Our dining rooom is pretty bare, so if you need to store extra things, you can use the dining room or the garage. Sorry, there are no more available private parking spaces, but you might be able to find space on the street itself. Please contact me for more info on pets and other roommates. Thank you.
