The place is a great apartment. It is a large 2 bed/ 2 bath. It has a balcony over looking a pool. It has high ceilings and Huge closets. The neighbors are great and usually quite. I have a small Olympic weight bench set up in one corner. It would be great it you have some furniture, but I have decent stuff set up. There is street permit parking. Pets are ok. I keep the place clean. I have my studio set on the balcony for now, but I plan to rent a studio soon, when I find the right place. It is walking distance from the Sunset Strip (2 blocks) and right around the corner from Santa Monica blvd. I have basic cable hooked up with dsl.
