The roommate lease is from 8/1/2004 to 04/30/2005 and the tenant can not renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.
