I am renting my basement out. It is one big room. It doesnt need air conditioning because it is cool in the basement but the rest of the house is air conditioned. You have use of the bathroom at the top of the stairs, kitchen priveledges and shower/bath priveledges. The laundry facilities are in the basement and are included in the price. Parking is included if needed. If you are a smoker--you should smoke outdoors. Cats are not allowed because of allergies--all other pets are negotiable.

In short this apartment has it all. The only reason I am leaving is I have to move back to Ottawa for reasons.
