Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is not required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Shared and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator.
