Im a 26 y.o. teacher, and the house is in Ardsley Park. Its a pretty brick house with a cool patio-style backyard. Everything is furnished except your bedroom. We would split the utilities 3 ways. I am laid back, I have a large dog, and I like to go out on weekends, but I usually stay in most weeknights. Im only interested in responsible renters who clean up after themselves and pay their rent on time without having to be asked each month. Its a bonus if we get along. The house is near Daffin Park. It has all the normal appliances (A/C, laundry, dishwasher, hardwood floors). I have been in Savannah about three years, and I think the location is really ocnvenient, about a 10 minute drive from downtown with traffic.
