| The house is located at , clean, new quiet, peaceful, safer community. The place has a luxury huge living room and every thing is new and you are going to be the first one to live in.
I am a responsible and very busy person. This neighborhood and I cannot handle un-neccesary hassle or disturbance.
The utilities- I will pay upto $300.00/mon (currently about $200-$250.00, but if it is over $300.00 you guys will split equal.
