The apartment is a fairly large furnished apartment in a great neighborhood and 10 minutes from downtown Savannah. Its also about 15 minutes from the Coast. The spare room can be furnished if you wish. The utilities are split 50/50. Im easy to get along with. Im mostly home responsible. I like to go be social, but not all the time. So if you are a party animal, disregard this ad. Very clean. So I hope you are, too.
