The roommate lease is from 12/12/2004 to 02/28/2005 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1039. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Were looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathtownhouse in Kahala. The townhouse is approximately 1,040 square feet. The room available for rent is approximately 10 x 11. It comes furnished with a bunkbed (full-sized mattress) and there is a spacious closet. It would be a private bedroom and you also get a private bath downstairs. Youd be sharing the place with three other people. There is a $400 security deposit required. We also share the costs of all utilities (electricity, cable t.v., Roadrunner internet, and telephone service).
