The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required.

| Looking for a cool person to share condo with in Waikiki. I am laid back, and very easy going person, thats looking in a housemate. The rent is $1100 plus 1/2 of electric. You get your own room and bathroom. The unit has AC, lanai, washer&dryer , dishwasher, wireless high speed internet, and phone (not include long distant). The building has a BBQ area, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Its a really a great building to live in with nice view, its seconds away from 24hr fitness, Ala Moana center. Right behind the building there is a supermarket, post office, bank...etc. Everything that Waikiki has to offer is just mins away. So if interested please reply. The room will be available 01/01/2007 Parking available for another $100
