The roommate lease is from 12/17/2003 to 01/10/2004 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Disconnected and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 750. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Since I travel for work often, my master bedroom may be available for short term rentals various times throughout the year. My next trip is December 17th to January 10th.
