Evergreen Terrace is a calm complex of units, all with great renters/owners. The community is one that welcomes its own very well. As a complex it has a community swimmingpool and hot tub. The two rooms for rent stand apart and therefore the numbers for this ad are averages. One is the master bedroom and the other is a smaller room. Both have their own bathrooms, the smaller room's being outside the room making it more of a guest bathroom as well. The kitchen and livingroom are community; there is a washer and dryer in the guest bathroom. The loft (3rd bedroom) is rented out as of now. The condo has 2 parking spots, one of which is taken by the loft renter. Spots are for rent from other units when not in use.
