Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. There is not a lot of space for people who already have lots of furnishings to store (couches, etc). This is a coed home with 2 females and 2 males who are college with jobs, very respectful and easy to get along with in the age range of 21-26. No sharing rooms. Most utilities are split between tenants and run about $40 per month. I am looking for someone honest, clean, not have big parties, and be respectful of other peoples things.
