This is a great one bedroooom apartment. Located in the loop It is called Presidential Towers. I have lived here for 3 years and I reckon its the most convinient and affordable place. It is luxurious with a helath club, mini shopping mall which includes a grocery store, 5 different restaurants, mailing facilities, dry cleaning facilities, etc - all within the same building. Absolutely fabulous for the winter. It is close to all CTA buses, blue line, and metra stations. Rent is $ 1200 per month ($ 600 each). All utilities are included except electricity.
