The roommate lease is from 12/14/2004 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required. This is a 2100 sq ft house that is a split foyer. There is 5 bedrooms all together. We have two rooms available. Sex does not matter as both male and female already live in it. All utilities including direct tv. 2 washers and dryers, so that is not an issue usually on getting laundry done.

The Summit House is a co-operative living arrangement/boarding house sponsered by RCHC (River City Housing Collective). There are 16 total room and 6 bathrooms, a front porch, living room dinning room, TV room, free laundry room. Rooms are very large. limited parking available behind the house, and free parking on the street. $70 a month for ALL utilities plus free laundry, long distance phone, cable internet/TV. $82 a month for food that is bought collectively. Everyone takes turns cooking twice a month. Everyone has to help with maintainance of the building, cleaning, and administrative responsibilities. there are currently 3 dogs and 6 cats at the house, we are not accepting more pets, but that may be negotiable.
