The roommate lease is from 10/1/2005 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Other and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does not have Air Conditioning and the apartment does have an Elevator. Very large sunny room in 100m2 apartment in center fo Rome (Prati-Vatican). The apartment is newly restructured and furnished; white walls, wood floor, etc. ; its is very VERY nice ; it has all comodities and is very well connected. All the reasons why I moved in! I am searching for a friendly, clean and nice person to share (preference for workers since I am a worker too).
