| I own a 1.5 story home I live in the main level and I am currently renting the upstairs which has a privacy door, a walk in closet, built-in desk and shelving, central heat and air, high speed internet, cable with HBO, and phone line all included in the rent. I also have a basement that has a washer and dryer that you may also use (just bring oyur own soap). The bathroom has to be shared with me on the main level. I am a very clean, reliable 26 year old responsible so no need to worry. I will be happy to be flexible with the right person. I am really easy going and caring. I would like a roommate who is considerate and can pick up after own mess. You dont have to be spic and span clean, just have common courtesy.
