The roommate lease is from 5/10/2004 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is not required. Needing to sublease my apartment preferably in the beginning or middle of May. I live with 3 other persons, and, one who will be gone at the beginning of May so technically there will be 2rooms open. We are all between the ages of 18-20, and are college reliable persons who know how to party, but know when we have to study. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom, there's a washer/dryer in each apartment, and all utilities are included except or Electricity.
