I have a Three bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 2 bedrooms and available in Uptown New Orleans Area, Louisiana at Napoleon Ave / Danneel St for the rent of $600/Mth . The roommate lease is from 11/1/2004 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does not have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 1800. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I own a top floor luxurious condo on Napoleon Ave which has been totally renovated with hard wood floors, high ceilings and new appliances.Only a few blocks from St. Charles Ave with the streetcar and the parade route. We have two balconies. Total floor plan is over 1800 sqft. One room will rent at $600 and one room with private balcony and bathroom will rent at $700.
