I have a Four bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Baltimore City Baltimore Area, Maryland at Roland Ave / Cold Spring Ln for the rent of $400/Mth . The roommate lease is from 4/18/2005 to 1to3M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. Room available immediately until end of May OR through June AND possibly longer! This is a house located in a community complex in a quiet and safe part of town, only 5-10 minutes to downtown. I found my own place and would like to find a replacement for now until end of May. Also, the lease was extended by the remaining roommates through June so you can stay this month, too (w/ a strong possibility of staying another year if interested). They are all responsible s, busy with their own schedules but also very friendly. DSL can be shared or use phone for modem connection. Easy parking access in lot right near house.
