The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is required and a security deposit is required.

| Three bedroom rancher located about one mile from Salisbury University. Home is well-kept/clean and located in a quiet area.
Looking for someone quiet, clean and responsible. Any persons other than the latter need not inquire.........please! When I say clean, I mean someone who will not only keep the kitchen/living room tidy, but also, one who is not opposed to doing their laundry regularly and keeping their room generally clean, so that I dont have to contend with unnecessary odors emanating from the bedroom. This has occurred enough for me that I feel the need to address the issue to prevent wasting my or your time. I keep a clean organized house throughout and I am not interested in anyone who does not respect that. It would not work for you if you are this person.
