The roommate lease is from 7/4/2005 to Min3 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. Rehabbed 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house in Canton. The place has 3 levels, fully loaded kitchen, hardwood floors and LOTS of windows. Def have to see it to appreciate it! Located in a great spot, 3 blocks behind the Safeway/Outback/Can Co. & a 10 min walk to Canton Square. Your room is unfurnished, 2 big windows that overlook the street, hardwood floors and a big bathroom that is attached. I am pretty quiet durung the week but def like to go out and have fun on the weekends! I like to think I am a nice, normal, friendly person!!
