You would be sharing the apartment with two open minded guys and one girl, all in their early 20s...you would be sharing a large and sunny bedroom with the girl. Safe and beautiful building. Hardwood floors and moldings, funky colored walls, lots of sun and space. Plenty of old-school Boston charm. A SWEET roof-deck with a rediculously awesome view of the city. Sooo close to NEU, Berklee, NEC, Mass Ave, The Symphony, Newbury St etc. You wont believe the rent when you see this place.
