The roommate lease is from 3/1/2004 to 3to6M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. Unfortunately I have to leave the best roommate I have ever had to take a job out of state. She is 23 y/o f responsible person, laid back, and looking for someone similiar. The apt is a nice sized 2 bdrm 2 blocks from the green line (B). Heat and hot water are included so the only thing to pay is electric which is about $12 a month per person. There is also cable and internet which can be worked out with the roommate. It is a garden level apt, which is nice in the summer but there is not a ton of sun. This is a very cool and unique apt. It is 2 blocks from downtown allston, 100 yds from Our House, and real close to the bus and t. Move in/out dates and rent are flexible so let me know your situation.
