I am moving out of my apartment and I am looking for someone to take over my lease for July and August. The apartmebt and roommate are both great - I am only moving out becuase I bought a place. The apartment has two bedrooms, and two baths. You have your own bedroom across the hall from your bedroom. There is a nice kitchen, and a large living room / dining room area. There is also laundry in the building. There is easy street parking with resident sticker, and there is also a school lot directly across the street that has ample parking for nights and weekends. The apartment is steps to the bus line, be downtown in ten minutes. You can walk to Bunker Hill Monument and the Navy Yard. My roommate is early thirties female, responsible. Looking to take my part of the lease over. I do not have the exact measurements of the room, but it easily fits my queen bed and dresser.
