The roommate lease is from 6/20/2004 to 1to3M and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. Two other nice, quiet grad girls are staying there, but one girl will travel abroad in July & August. All utilities are included (gas for stove, hot water, heat). Only have to pay for electricity (about $11/month for each person). DSL is ready ($11/month). Washer and dryer are inside the building. Free parking on the street is available. I have a beautiful three-bedroom apartment in Porter Sq., less than two minutes from the subway, but need two roommates for next year. I lived with two girls for the past two years, so either M/F is fine, as long as you're clean! Rent is $732 plus utilities, but worth every penny.
