I am looking for responsible roommates who are reliable enough to have a handle on life and yet easy going enough to live a little! I am an active responsible with a very busy social life. I tend to spend most evenings out with friends unless I have to work on something. I am mainly hoping to get both rooms rented to females as I don’t want a house full of just guys and expect that it might be more comfortable for a woman to have another lady present. In any case whoever rents a room first will have a say in whom we rent the third room to! I just got back from being away for nearly two years during which I had been renting to a while I was abroad, so I am sort of starting fresh over again. I typically go in/out the back where my room is located so that leaves the front part of the house, including living room, mostly to you! Since I own the place and will be living there as well, you will have the benefit of my having a personal interest in keeping things in good repair!
