The appartement is located at the 2nd floor of an house just built not even 2 years ago (that is extremely rare in Boston) so everything is in perfect condition. It is really a should see appartement, i still can't believe I was soo lucky to find it. It's close from Northeastern, green and orange lines (3 minutes walk) and buses like 39, 66, 65... and it is easy to find parking outside everyday. A brand new Stop and Shop opened at 2 minutes from the appartement and you can find whatever you're looking for in the area.
