The house is still being renovated and I will be moving in by July 1.
It is a huge place with 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and an attic-loft on the 3rd. Common areas are kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, sunporch, foyer, 2 baths and a yard. There is also a large unfinished basement for storage.
I have a large bedroom for $700 and a medium for $650. Utilities are included in your rent.
I plan on getting cable, internet and a washer/dryer to be located in the basement when I move in.
The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and so is Maplewood Square. Malden Station and Oak Grove (OrangeLine) are a mile and a half away.
