We are looking for a roommate for our large 3 bedroom, brownstone on Beacon St. We are one female, 25, and one male, 26- both responsibles. The room is large and overlooks Waldstein park in back. Good size closet, bay windows- current roommate has double bed, dressers, futon and still plenty of space in room. Rent is 850/month and includes heat and hot water. Parking is available for 50/month directly out the back door. Close to C and D lines, Washington Square, Cleveland Circle, BC/BU, short walk to Coolidge Corner, etc. Apartment has an office available as well if there is interest.
