This room is one of 3 bedrooms in the Peabody Terrace apartment complexes. its conveniently located in between Harvard college and Harvard Business School, within 5 minute walk to each, as well as to the Harvard Square T station and bus lines. Its within 10 minute walk to several grocery stores along One Western Ave. Its a very safe neighborhood with laundry facilities right downstairs in the building next door. Almost all of the people who live at Peabody attend one of the Harvard schools. The other 2 rooms are occupied by females, one with her own bathroom. So this subletee will share the second bathroom with another girl. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished (except for this bedroom). If the subletee prefers a furnished bedroom, she can negotiate a purchase of the furniture in the room with me.
