Hi, My name is Brian and Im moving out of my room. There are three other responsible guys (24,30,30) who live there. They hang out a bit, but are very busy and not home too much. The room is small, but theres lots of community space. The location is awesome, lots of cool bars and restaurants, Market Basket, Star Market, or Johnnys. The 86 rides past the house, and Harvard T is about a 15 min. walk. It is the best price for the location if you dont mind a small room. Utilities come to about $25-$80 depending on how much oil you use. The lease goes until Sept. The move in cost is three times the rent, and youll get 2/3 back when you leave. You can move in when you can. I would like someone for Nov. 1st, but that might not happen, so we can arrange something if you give me a call and come check the place out. Thanks Brian

Very large and extremely convenient, 2 minutes walk to B,C,D T lines and right around the corner from 65 Bus to Harvard Square. Rent is $845 a month, 1st and last months rent required, rent may start Dec 1st or preferably November 1st and ending May 31st. Other two roommates share other bedroom, 23 year old females, hair stylists on newbury street. Heat and Hot water is included in the rent, other utilities average about 35 a month. Great apartment, I am very sad to have to move but its for my job.
