I have a great 1 bedroom very close to Boston College for sublet next summer. It is 0.8 mi from campus, and directly in front of a T stop. It is very spacious, has an amazing kitchen, a lot of light from the windows (i use very little electricity during the day - no need to lamps), cable and internet ready, a lot of closet space, hot water and heat included. Electric bill is very low each month (never more than 30 - normally around 18). If you decide by about March/April than you could probably just sign a new lease (instead of subletting) for an entire year, but you dont have too. There is no current roommate there, but I had to fill that out in order to submit this - you would be living alone unless you decided to share. I am hoping to be out by the first or second week of June and the current lease will end August 1st. Please e-mail me if you have any other questions.
