Hi! Im a 29 year old responsible whose roommate just got in NY! Im either looking for a subleter for October, or a roommate for the year (the lease ends at the end of july (2005). I am offering her spacious and sunny room which is on the 3rd floor of a home. Its a quick 8 minute walk to both Porter and Davis Square Ts, and its very close to StarMarket, Starbucks, McDonalds, Ballys, Healthworks, and a number of restaurants and stores. The apartment itself is very charming, with new hardwood floors, a new stove, and a new refridgerator. Theres also a very relaxing balcony outside. Im a friendly, easy-going, clean and quiet roommate, and the place is very nice and comfortable.
