Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. One room available in a four bedroom apartment. Room is unfurnished. Currently three girls, all easy going responsibles, living there. Looking for a female whos clean and responsible with bills. Surrounded by numerous bus stops and a quick 5 minute walk to Washington St off the B line. Parking available on the street. Washer and dryer included. Utilities run about an extra $70/mo. First months rent + $1000 security deposit required at move in. Apartment is available January 15 until August 30, with the option to renew the lease at the end of this time. The apartment is in great condition; all hard wood floors, huge sunlit kitchen and living room, deck in back. The room for rent is on the smaller side, but I currently have a queen size bed, bookcases, desk, and dresser in there with additional room to move around. Very cozy. I am out of town until January 7th, but if you would like to see the place before then, send me an email and one of my roommates will be able to show it to you.

If you are open to living with a very sweet people and her cat, then I think I have the place for you. Located near Boston College and Cleveland Circle, this apartment is on the third floor of a responsiblely managed apartment building with an elevator. There is laundry in the building, although not in the apartment. It had hardwood floors everywhere except the kitchen and bathroom which are the kind of floor that is easy to mop. It has a nice sized living room, a huge foyer, and the bedroom is pretty big as well. I had a full sized bed in there and a futon, as well as a ladies dresser, computer desk, armoire and it wasnt even crammed. I can send some pictures if you are intersted in learning more.
