| I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in West Springfield Greater Springfield, Massachusetts at Memorial Drive / Colony Road for the rent of $360/Mth . The roommate lease is from 12/1/2006 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease.

| Share 2 bedroom garden condo in Wentworth Condominiums (across from Big E) in West Spfld, MA. 2 min away from South End Bridge Spfld and Interstate 91. Rent is 360.00 per month would include heat, hot water, utilities, & access to my cable, and phone if needed. You would have your private bedroom, but we would have to share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I work 8-4:30 in accounting so some nights I work from home in my room. I go out on the weekends with my girlfriends, especially Sat. night, so you would have the apt to yourself for friends or date to come over. Of course you are always welcome to have whoever you want over whenver since it would be your place too. I am looking for a roommate ASAP! Interested call after 5:00 pm or email me for details.
