I just responsibled from Babson College and started responsible recently. I have a 2BR/2BTH and wanted to know if you were interested. The location is the Regatta Riverview (it use to be called the Museum Towers). Electricity, cable and internet will be split, everything else is included. There is a washer/dryer in unit, lap pool, fitness center, business center, 24-hr conceirge, morning and evening shuttles to the T. Green line is less than a 5 min walk. You can poke around the website to see what the place looks like. Parking can be done with the condo I think it is $255 a month (all parking is valet) I am waiting for my current unit to be renovated (kitchen SS appliances, granite in kitchen/bathrooms, fresh paint and new carpet). I am in a temporary unit in the same building. I am willing to discount the rent to $1000/mo. while we are in the temporary unit and then $1300 when the renovated unit is ready (end of september to october, at the latest the end of october).
