I have a room for rent in a cape style house. It sits on a dead end street and is a beautiful spot. The home itself is very clean and nicely decorated. It has central air conditioning and the room for rent is on the second floor. It is the only room on the second floor. It is quite large and has plenty of room to hang clothes and store things. It also has new carpet and some furnishings available. Im very clean and would like my roommate to be also. I work a job daily and I like to cook. I do not smoke and you be a non-smoker also. I am drug free and guess what? You be also. Im easy to get along with and like to have fun. Im 36 year old open minded male, but look extremely easy going for my age and are easy going at heart.
