The roommate lease is from 5/1/2005 to 08/20/2005 and the tenant can not renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. I am going to study abroad this summer. It is a wonderful place to live, the people are friendly, the location is unbeatble-- right on U of Michigan campus area and near restaurants and local stores of Ann Arbor!! There are also many services offered by UTowers such as: movie night, laundry, fitness facility, study room, TV lounge w/ big screen, $5 pizza night, and vacuums, mops, brooms available at the front desk.
