I have a Three bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Ann Arbor Central Ann Arbor Area, Michigan at Virginia / Liberty for the rent of $400/Mth . The roommate lease is from 9/1/2004 to Min6 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is not furnished and the bedroom is not furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. House is quiet, cant hear major road traffic. Housemates like to have fun, but are generally quiet, especially on week nights. No TV in public spaces No tobacco No pets (though there is a quiet dog that stays here part-time) Plenty of on street parking.
