I have a Two bedrooms , 1 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Ann Arbor Central Ann Arbor Area, Michigan at Arch St. / State St. for the rent of $499/Mth . The roommate lease is from 7/11/2005 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does not have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 790. This roommate rental is available to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

I have one bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of Arch St. The apartment comes with a covered parking spot, water, furnished, etc. Roomate is a 1st year law at U of M and is the easiest person to get ahold of. He is very responsible, clean and friendly. Enjoys movies, and going out occasionally as well as playing the guitar. Rent is 500 per month plus about 15-20 per month for electricity. There is a 100 dollar incentive if this room is taken. I will pay 100 of your first months rent as an incentive. Please call for info or email me Lease is for July through August 2006.
