I’m easy going and like to go out about once a week. I work as an engineer during the day, and I go to school in Ann Arbor at night. I don’t have any pets but it’s cool if you do. The house is a little less than a mile east of downtown Royal Oak in a nice neighborhood. The room has cable and high speed internet in it. I will pay all the utilities, including the cable and internet. The room is the master bedroom and is furnished with nice matching stuff; however, I can move stuff out of it if you like your stuff more.
