two bedrooms are 10 11 and the other bedroom is a sunroom. We used it as a bedroom but it doesnot have to be used as a bedroom it would be great as a study room or just to look out the windows. THe place is extremely big and roomy. The kitchen has new countertops looks very nice! the bathroom was recently remodled this past months. NEW! You dont pay for water, and garbage. Nice location for any less than 10 min walk to bus 5 and then able to cathch bus 2 to get to the u of m or any other college. good deal on high speed internet if you dont have a router.
