It has hardwood floors, laundry, cable, a nice back yard and a two car garage. I am very busy and am not around alot, so you will have the place to yourself relatively often. I am also outgoing, like to have fun, but also like responsible, normal, people. If you have a small dog or a cat, they are welcome. I enjoy having animals around.
